室內設計師Interior Designer/?Shanghai 崗位職責： 1、室內設計，環藝設計，建筑設計，等相關設計類專業本科學歷； 2、3年以上室內設計工作經驗。從事過高端商業項目，有過售樓處，樣板房，酒店，等空間設計工作經驗者優先考慮； 3、具有良好的方案設計，圖面表達以及研究能力； 4、熟悉項目各個階段的工作流程，有出色的團隊領導力和各專業溝通協調能力； 5、熟練掌握各類設計常用軟件以及熟練運用渲染軟件等； 6、現場經驗和施工圖經驗是申請加分項； 7、良好的中英文溝通能力者優先。 Qualifications i.Bachelor's degree in interior design, environmental design, architectural design, and other related design disciplines. ii.More than 3 years working experience in interior design. Experience in high-end commercial projects, sales offices, showrooms, hotels, and other space design work is preferred. iii.Good schematic design, graphic presentation and research skills. iv.Familiar with the workflow of all phases of the project, with excellent team leadership and communication and coordination skills across disciplines. v.Proficiency in various common software for design and rendering software, etc. vi.Field experience and construction drawing experience are a plus for applications. vii.Good communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
