Henan Foreign Economic Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (HFEC) is a leading foreign economic enterprise in Henan Province and a recognized entity in Zhengzhou's foreign economic and technical cooperation initiatives. As a member of the China International Contractors Association, HFEC oversees four subsidiaries: Jiaye Construction, Bafang Human Resources, Zhonggong Industrial, and Star Overseas Employment Service, holding comprehensive qualifications in overseas contracting, labor export, and foreign trade.

With 22 years of experience in international labor dispatch, HFEC has deployed a total of 63,679 workers to 82 countries. The company operates a dedicated labor training and assessment center spanning 2,000 square meters, accommodating up to 200 trainees at a time. Dispatched roles include engineers, project managers, translators, doctors, skilled workers such as welders, carpenters, electricians, painters, drivers, chefs, and general laborers.

Leveraging its international expertise, HFEC has formed long-term partnerships with state-owned and central enterprises for labor dispatch overseas. Services include labor relation transfer, payroll management, insurance application, dispute resolution, contract enforcement, and workplace injury handling.
