1. Be in charge of end to end project management on site for all Haygrove projects in South-West China Region according to the SOP of project delivery. 根據黑革蘿項目標準流程負責西南區所有項目的現場統籌管理工作 。 2. Be responsible for construction vendor management across all South-West China project sites to ensure projects are delivered on-time and safely according to Haygrove standards. 負責西南區施工隊伍的管理，確保項目準時、安全交付，并符合黑革蘿的標準。 3. Ensure that any failures about safety, quality, or efficiency standards shall be identified and solved in partnership with key stakeholders within 48hrs. 確保任何涉及項目安全、質量、技術等問題能被及時發現，并通過相關團隊協作在48小時內解決。 4. Be responsible for the effective communication with clients by providing timely update for the project. 負責與現場客戶的高效對接，能夠及時反饋項目進展。 5. Be responsible for the coordination with internal project teams, incl. Design, Construction, and logistics and supply chain, etc.; 負責項目的內部協調溝通，包括設計、施工、物流與供應鏈等團隊。 6. Take part in the establishment of project management plan and procedure, and strictly execute it in project. 參與項目管理的制度和流程的制定，并在在項目上嚴格推行。 7. Other projects or work assigned by the line manager. 其他上級安排的項目或工作。
